Condo Sales Statistics:

  • 352 sales of condos closed in December 2020
  • Closed sales for condos was down from one month ago by -6.4% and up compared to one year ago by +30.9%
  • The median sale price for a condo in December was $826,000
  • The median sale price for a condo in December was down -1.5% compared to November and was up +8.0% compared to one year ago
  • Average days on market for a condo was 32 days
