The restoration and renovation project at our Campbell fixer-upper is coming along! The landscaping and and a new driveway are well under way along with the addition of a stunning wrought iron gate being installed in the driveway. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been gutted. The floors will be stripped of the paint and restored to their original hardwood look while the kitchen and bathrooms will be updated to a more modern look. Additionally the exterior will be restored with the existing windows. We are working with Campbell museum to try and get some original photos to try and bring this charming home back to it original glory!
