  • 978 sales of single-family homes closed in August 2020
  • Closed sales for single family homes was up compared 1 month ago by +3.4%, and was up +36.0% from closings one year ago
  • The median sale price for a single-family home in August was $1,402,500
  • The median sale price for a single-family home in August was up +0.2% compared to August and was up +14.5% compared to one year ago 
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was 24 days
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was down from August when homes were taking an average 26 days and down from one year ago when homes were taking an average of 36 days on market

Condo Sales Statistics:

  • 377 sales of condos closed in August 2020
  • Closed sales for condos was up from one month ago by +17.1% and up compared to one year ago by +36.1%
  • The median sale price for a condo in August was $800,000
  • The median sale price for a condo in August was down -3.0% compared to August and was down -4.7% compared to one year ago
  • Average days on market for a condo was 31 days
  • Average days on market for a condo was up from August when condos were taking an average 29 days to sell, but down from one year ago when condos were taking an average of 40 days on market
