  • 946 sales of single-family homes closed in August 2020
  • Closed sales for single family homes was down compared 1 month ago by -5.8%, but is up +8.1% from closings one year ago
  • The median sale price for a single-family home in August was $1,400,000
  • The median sale price for a single-family home in August was up +1.4% compared to July and was up +17.6% compared to one year ago 
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was 26 days
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was down from July when homes were taking an average 29 days and down from one year ago when homes were taking an average of 33 days on market

Condo Sales Statistics:

  • 322 sales of condos closed in August 2020
  • Closed sales for condos was down from one month ago by -8.5% and down compared to one year ago by -2.1%
  • The median sale price for a condo in August was $825,000
  • The median sale price for a condo in August was down -0.5% compared to July and was down -1.8% compared to one year ago
  • Average days on market for a condo was 29 days
  • Average days on market for a condo was down from July when condos were taking an average 35 days to sell and down from one year ago when condos were taking an average of 37 days on market
