  • Average days on market for a single-family home was 19 days
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was down from October when homes were taking an average 22 days and down from one year ago when homes were taking an average of 37 days on market

Condo Sales Statistics:

  • 376 sales of condos closed in November 2020
  • Closed sales for condos was down from one month ago by -5.8% and up compared to one year ago by +18.2%
  • The median sale price for a condo in November was $839,000
  • The median sale price for a condo in November was up +1.5% compared to October and was up +6.0% compared to one year ago
  • Average days on market for a condo was 28 days
