  • The median sale price for a single-family home in January was down -0.2% compared to December and was up +14.6% compared to one year ago 
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was 24 days
  • Average days on market for a single-family home was up from December when homes were taking an average 22 days and down from one year ago when homes were taking an average of 44 days on market

Condo Sales Statistics:

  • 268 sales of condos closed in January 2021
  • Closed sales for condos was down from one month ago by -23.9% and up compared to one year ago by +32.7%
  • The median sale price for a condo in January was $831,000
  • The median sale price for a condo in January was up +0.6% compared to December and was up +5.5% compared to one year ago
