Downtown's Tallest Development Tops Out This Week at 28 Stories
Posted on July 24, 2020.
Downtown San Jose’s tallest development has officially “topped out”. Located across the street from San Jose City Hall at 167 E Santa Clara St., Miro now stands tall with two 28-story towers. This massive project is described as helping San Jose realize its vision of expanding the downtown core eastward.
The Miro development, 5 years in the making, will offer 630 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. These will include 16 penthouse units. The building will also feature 15,000 square feet of retail space and 10,000 square feet of office space. Amenities are expected to include sky lounges, terraces, and a garden deck with a pool and a movie room. Miro is scheduled for completion in spring 2021, even with additional safety measures implemented due to the corona virus outbreak.
