The 88 (formerly Tower 88 at Central Place) is a joint venture by CIM Group, Wilson Meany Sullivan, Stockbridge Real Estate Funds, and the San Jose Redevelopment Agency. The 88 is being built by Webcor Builders. The 88 is exclusively represented by Pacific Marketing Associates, Inc.
